Westar Crest, a set of fourteen contemporary townhouses, is conceptualised by Spanish architectural firm TCHV. Designed with the elements in mind, TCHV has focused on the finer details to ensure Westar Crest sets itself apart in the popular and ever evolving community of Jumeirah Village Circle.

Each Four Bedroom ensuite townhouse comes complete with a spacious basement; and to further bring in the elements into each home, TCHV has artfully designed a basement “patio”, which floods the basement with natural light and air.
